I am pleased to meet you!  My name is Shannon Bedsole, proud mother of 2 amazing daughters, and a dog mom of a spoiled Saint Bernard. I love to cook, weather it is a cozy meal for my family, a delicious dessert for former clients or the crowd pleasing sweets to accompany me while hosting the Open House! I love the outdoors and tending to my vegetable garden, or as my daughters would say, "diggin in the dirt".
